Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

-Your Name
-Address
-Phone Number
-Email Address
-Credit/Debit card details

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Credit Card details from online orders are not stored by us at any point, they are encrypted and passed straight to our payment provides, Optimal Payments. They are then verified and destroyed.

Credit Card details from phone orders are also not kept; these are destroyed as soon as the transaction has been completed.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. 
 

Delivery Policy

We will dispatch your order by Royal Mail. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 2 working days. International orders may take a little longer


Damaged or defective items

If upon receiving your order you find it to be faulty or defective in any way please contact us as soon as possible.

We will then issue you with a returns number; this number must be included with a brief written explanation of the fault.

We recommend that returned items are sent by recorded mail as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

Postage costs of returning an item to us will not be refunded.

Upon receiving the return we will then test it and if found to be faulty we will either repair or replace it at our discretion. Any product found not to be faulty will be charged a standard fee of £10.00 which must be paid before the item is returned.


RTF (Ready To Fly) Helicopters – these products have a strict returns policy. Unfortunately this has to be the case to protect us from the small dishonest minority.

Upon receiving your RTF Helicopter we highly recommend you test every aspect of the model before attempting to fly it. If you find a fault then you must contact us before you attempt to fly the model.

If you attempt to fly the helicopter then it can not be classed as faulty.

Even though we have to have a very strict returns policy in this area if you do encounter problems then contact us and we will do our very best to help.

 
Returns

You can return products 5 working days after the receive date for a refund, minus postage and packaging, and minus a 10% restocking and handling fee.

Returned items must be unused, unopened and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to reject items that are not returned in this condition.

Refunds are processed within 7 working Days.
