We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.
You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.

For RTF (Ready To Fly) Helicopters, there is a simple procedure. Any faults or concerns must be reported to us before you attempt to fly the model.
If you attempt to fly the model it can not be classed as faulty and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
Although this sounds harsh unfortunately some customers will crash their models and then try and claim the model is faulty.
It is recommended full flight checks are carried out before flying.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use.
As for normal returns, you must contact us by email before returning any goods, so we can give you a returns authorization code.
Regarding postage costs of returned items, if the item is deemed to be faulty we will cover the return postage costs to us. If it is just a standard unwanted return you as a consumer will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us, we will also NOT refund your original postage charge.
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order.
